take your point. but who's to blame ? who knows ? but if you take a step back and look at where some of the problems have arose over the time I've been a shareholder, it appears that the md who doesn't have the experience has surrounded himself or sourced people who have the experience. it looks like experienced supervisor and middle management people have been promoted to roles beyond their capability to plan, cash flow manage and execute on strategy. that's not a criticism because we all know it's extremely difficult to employ experienced management and even more so in a small company in north qld, but I think we could have perhaps paid more to get these people or even contract the skills which would have been a good investment (at least in hindsight) . it's hard enough getting a mine into production and a process plant commissioned , but to buy one, commission another and develop a mine with inexperienced or unskilled senior management would have been a miracle unfortunately. again always easy to see in hindsight but I think this is the key lesson / point.
so for me, if this company is to turn around, I'd think there has to be big changes at the senior management / director level otherwise as shareholders I don't we can expect any better in 2023
