I dont understand how this guy is still steering the ship and why shareholders are tolerating this ? Only need 5% for an EGM, fortunately i don't hold that much, and would not know any mining guys to put up as replacements, yet maybe other shareholders do ?

Fingers crossed the suspension is lifted shorty, we have liquidity, realize a few losses as a life lesson and move on. The problem is a lot of other holders may want out too!

The legal issue was fairly small. Just about an office rental lease. It was an office that TBA was renting from the former major shareholder Wayne McCrea. See below:
