Seems this plant at Great Australia has a lot of owners for one plant!

I can tell you guys that Duke Exploration (DEX) is now involved in a reverse takeover with True North Copper (True North Copper already acquired the ex-Round Oak assets in Cloncurry are also acquiring Copper Corp and are also acquiring Perilya's Mt Oxide Cu Co deposit north of Mt Isa)

So after this incredibly complex transaction/reverse takeover the private True North Copper will be reverse takeover RTO' s into the public DEX shell with DEX shareholders taking a massive dilution) and according to the transaction document "the Great Australia Mining Lease and plant is currently on C&M and wholly owned by TNC Ltd", many regulatory QLD and overseas jurisdictions to navigate (Australian FIRB/ASX, UK and Chinese regulatory approvals are all needed)

Anyway - when this transaction is all complete the merged entity will own Great Australia (plant and ML and Orphan Shear/Taipan orebodies all Cu), Mt Oxide - Vero (Cu Co), Mt Norma (Cu) Oxides ML and hydroxide plant, Wallace North (Cu Au), Salebury (Cu Au), Notlor (Cu Co Au), Flamingo (Cu Co Au), Wallace East (Cu Au) plus a lot of surrounding exploration tenements. Basically all the ground previously explored by QMC/Matrix Metals/Exco/Copper Chem/Round Oak Minerals - a real game of "pass the parcel" Cloncurry-style.
