Restructure of acquisition of True North Copper. Are you kidding TBA?, you even try to put a spin on a BS announcement. I think the real story would be “TNC don’t want to be associated with TBA.”(Toxic Bullsh#t Artist). TNC doing a back door listing with DEX would never get off the ground if associated in any way with TBA. Just say it as it is for once. We all know, so why spin doctor it?
