: Some heavyweights coming into the class action. I have joined. It’s all 100% Kosha. My lawyer certified it and there are three legal groups and two financial litigation funders bidding to take the class action. Apart from the lenders who are owed $5.1m, anyone know what the total creditors are owed? Would the Owners of the Lorena project be considered creditors or can we just walk away from that deal? Or are we stuck with it? If we only owe $5.1m our assets should cover that with change $.anyone know?
