A few years ago I was invited to join a Class Action organised by a law firm against a ASX listed company, it is a no win no fee case and people who join the CA pays nothing no matter winning or losing. I was never invited to sign up to email group like this [email protected] prior to this acting law firm though. I had a big lost when the stock crashed and cut lost. After many months we won the case and I was paid roughly 2/3 of my lost back. I will join this TBA CA if formally invited by a law firm but hesitated to sign up to an email group, I don't fully understand this step.
