    May I just clarify what I’m reading so I understand correctly..

    TBA directors and company have paid up liability insurance to the value of $A35m

    The litigation finders representing us are seeking 40% of ‘payout’ before SHs get a share/payout ratio of the remaining 60% of ‘payout’

    Have I got that info correct?
