Here seems to be be the joke of the year. A company namely Solidify Capital Pty Ltd is claiming they gave great funding opportunities through its global reach of highly skilled professionals and investors. Goes on touting about how great they are .

A quick check of the name Solidify Capital Pty Ltd has it owned and directors as Mr Byron Miles the MD who just put Tomobola Gold into receivership. I’ll bet that ASIC would love this advert. Byron the former MD and chairman of Tombola Gold Ltd and his directors are currently the subject of a class action by shareholders through Goldman Lawyers in Sydney.

Maybe Solidify should approach the two lenders in Melbourne who Tombola borrowed $4.25m at A rate of 79% interest PA ($850k interest in 90 days) and never repaid a dollar. They may line up again if the deal is that good again. These guys have more f
