Mentalist my man. I read and respect your posts. I read lots of posts on here about the MD is a good guy lots of operational experience. Based on what? Maybe some DD required on this front. His recent webinar was embarrassing. Lots of experience in Enviro/Approvals and apparently very good in this space. Maybe you need to peel back the onion on some of his recent private ventures and do some of your excellent research. I think it would be very interesting to know which ones he doesn't list on linkedin?
