a new working capital loan mentioned in the going concern note from Dyda Property Management (who is this and why does this company never announce the debt it takes on!)
I see the GC note also talks about the need for more equity raisings.
once you get through all the glossy shot (they seem to think they are BHP) this dog is sick!!!
I could spend more time reading this but will wait for the quarterly that's due out early next week.
