The short sale figure for yesterday 21/1 was 3,486,038. This was the record! The highest number I have ever seen for IGO and that pushed the price down to 6.76 before recovering to 7.02 at the end of the day. The number of share sshorted was over 50% as like the few days before. Today, it's now at 7.30. Those who sold short at < 7 are now at risk as IGO might heads up from here for a while. If 6.76 were to be the bottom, the shorts who sold under 7 will be hurt big time as a short squeeze 12 months down the track will surely be a monster short squeeze. Surely, the shorts will not give up. They will borrow more and sell more now trying to average out and add more fuel to the fire of the future.
