That first link looks like an opinion piece, and to summarise in my own words, it ends by saying they think that AAT are not trying to scam people selling Mente and that they are the real deal. Also that it appears the device is safe and worth trying.

And the second link looks like a Q&A between the interviewer and Promosalute (Mente distributor). No big deal here just the usual.

Looks like a few people took issue with the fact that Mente wasn't being given away for free and that AAT were charging too much? Welcome to capitalism.
