Never heard of the newest resources participant, Citi-Glory Corp? It's a Hong Kong based real estate developer. Why resources? Because it is closely linked with Tiajin No 1 Steel Rolling Co a state owned enterprise. This means that a China state enterprise can invest abroad and by working trrough Citi-Glory, not leave any Chinese Government fingerprints. Citi-Glory is to invest $2 million in Venture Minerals (VML)(sic) to boost work at the Mt Lindsay project in Tasmania.The Chinese are interested only in the iron ore there, leaving Venture to do deals on the tin and tungsten.

IMO this is a significant development as it could provide financial backing right through to development.
