Air purification group AFT says its air sterilisation technology could ensure people are safe in the event of an avian influenza pandemic. AFT was the most traded stock on the Australian sharemarket on 27 October 2005. The company's technology director, Andy Beckett, said the Microgenix air steriliser can destroy up to 100% of viruses in air passing through the system.
