Was reading an email from these guys and surprise surprise -
"Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX Code: ESI) $A 0.013 cents. Appears that there are some real benefits for this company as a result of the Australian Government's Carbon Emissions Tax Policy so expect investors to come on board for the ride."
