That's very well said, full of honesty, truthfulness and meaning. That's one of the best posts I've ever read here in HC.

My most valued experiences and wisdom in business, I learnt them from the Chinese - SIN, HK & Malay Chineses - while dealing with the Mainland Chineses. I can relate 100% of what you have mentioned here FS.

The only thing that I'm still trying to learn more is how the Mainland Chinese do their businesses under the guise of their Government and Gov't. Controlled Banking & Finance systems, especially on their overseas investments & businesses.

Being a Chinese yourself, and in the Banking Industry (as I can see), you are indeed "An Asset" to Our OZ Community (I'm assuming you're in OZ and hopefully an OZ Citizen my friend).

Pls keep up the good work and my salutes to the Chinese communities here in OZ.
