Ah yes, of course RVINTL would take a positive piece of information and twist it into a negative. I think you could possibly be one of the only people that could find a negative in the fact that the Chinese are very interested in SDL. GJ & GC are experienced players RVINTL, they have worked with the Chinese many, many times before. They know how the Chinese work. I even think, believe it or not, they could have more experience than even you in this field (It's hard to fathom I know, but it's true.)

You don't think GJ is looking after the position of the shareholder? Or GC wouldn't be? GJ holds tens of millions of SDL shares, and GC is mainly being paid in options isn't he? Wouldn't it then be quite strange if these two men weren't trying to get the best deal possible done for shareholders? Strange indeed.
