I am not sure it’s really a sell down as the SP is now where it was about 2 weeks ago.. I always thought Dividend + DPR was a very smart management as it gives a sense of income while at the same time company can keep the money - I think it was doing good to the company and couldn’t understand the logic for this unnecessary change. Anyway for me this change makes the company less attractive (may not be in real but psychologically)....

btw I have been wrong more often than not so this is just a personal observation and happy to be wrong again, please DYOR
