    Asir & Nek Private Limited has revelled itself as the seller to “sophisticated and professional investors” reducing its shareholding to 11.57%. Question is whether there are more shares on the block or whether that’s it for now.

    Substantial holder notice indicates they didn’t participate in the recent DRP. Hardly a sign of faith in the future prospects of PTB.
