    Great reminder of shareholder value still to be unlocked.... at little to no risk to IRC shareholders.

    I see a DRG-like situation (historic high grade mining site, last mined decades ago, forgotten by many.... with treasures still to be discovered).... but without the hype/mania generated by Tolga Groupies.
