Having a quick look at some of the shares currently in the asx 300 list and based on MEO's current market capitalization of 161 million as displayed on HC, MEO would definately be a contender.Not only a contender but it is not that far off IAU which is at the bottom of the list in the asx 200 at around 180 million. The following link displays the list of stocks in the asx 200 and their capitalization as of the 5th of November 2012.Was unable to locate the same list for the ASX 300. If anyone has a link it would be great appreciated.

Worth keeping an eye on as MEO gets closer to the 180 million capitalization. It should start generating a lot more interest from proactive fund managers.
