Despite what you read on these boards, it is MEO's people who are a great asset also.

The technical guys who worked up Artemis, Zeus, Blackwood and Heron are very very capable people.

WHen and If a large resource is identified at Artemis, PBR might be interested in buying the interests of minority holders, but a T/O in unneccesary.
