You have to look at the cash they have and the free carry they are going to get. This deal is in line with my expectations but maybe others were expecting more hence the 44 cents SP. Either way MEO is in a strong position going forward and has been de-risked significantly. The only risk now is FIRB, however Jurgen stated that they expect this to be a simple process.
Would love to here Iam thoughts on the deal.
