Things to note:
US$41m won't even pay for 1 well, this is about half the well costs.
As for the free carried 2 additional wells MEO, if you knew anything about oil and gas accounting you would know that MEO will have to pay this back if and when production starts (incl. finance charges).
Isn't all that good if you ask me but the market seems to like it.
