Lets also consider that Petrobas is considered one of the leading experts in deep sea drilling.... Chosing PB as the farmee is more than just related to the $ changing hands atm imo. MEO just gained access to some of the best systems, people and knowledge available and considerably improved the chance for all of us to strike gas when the big day comes..... We are no longer talking about MEO heading out with a rig on their own and a handfull of guys hopeing to strike gas....
I agree that the risked value has significantly improved given the partner that has been announced.
