I think Mosman may have shot themselves in the foot (or should that be wallet) if they were looking at selling the MEO <2% of shares they have managed to wrest from impatient MEO holders.
With this saga so far costing them $648,000 as per today's rejection , they must be in the hole already and with any holders who have fallen for this ruse now given the choice to recoup those shares, I would think this is going to cost Mosman a large percentage of what little funds they have left.
This takeover has been very badly managed by Mosman and their shareholders should really question their board on this folly, as it's them who will have to carry the can for this mess they find themselves in.
