MEP relinquishes a further 24% when either
- ADN completes the $6M total earn in requirement as per JV terms
or
- a decision to mine is finalised before that $6M is spent
Once the 75 / 25 JV is finalised MEP contributes 25 % of Capex/Opex and receives 25% of revenue
