Are Argonaut investigating the undervalued issue or dealing with ADN in regards to any offers?
If it's the undervalued issue then they can save a bit of money and ask the share holders.
IMO if the board were more forward looking with regards to improved DFS in their interviews (as ADN are) then there would be a lot more enthusiasm for the stock. Also, promising not to squander the majority of profits on future exploring and paying a dividend would also put investors at ease.
This is meant to be 'constructive criticism' as the board seem very conservative and it doesn't play well when this is a marketing exercise.
