Its price is $0, but its value is determined by models and other methods. For example people could not want to buy it for any number of reasons, recession etc. Value is predicted from cash flows discounted to today. Hence why firms set price targets of stocks that are rarely what it is at that moment, because they think it is undervalued, overvalued etc.
