    The way MEP is trading versus ADN, is pathetic, BOD need to do far more to promote the company.. Given relative valuations takeover should be 3 ADN for 2 MEP. However, would be more likely to get 1 for 1 with vast majority of MEP shareholders jumping for it. ADN are not going to offer more than they need to gain control of MEP.
