couldn't care less if they do or if they don't.. because every milestone that the JV ticks off will affect MEP accordingly .. the moves will not be telegraphed and discrepancies in value will be volatile and at times irrational and thats ok .. If they do attempt a T/O I don't think MEP are going to give it away so holding it is a good place to be

we are in the lull between news so it's no surprise to me to see this drift it's just the way it goes

if the JV value is realised in the share price of MEP the % return in MEP stands to be greater than that of ADN from this point in time.. so it makes sense for ADN holders to diversify and make sure they get a piece .. some have and some haven't .. doesn't matter either way

Some MEP holders are already big holders in ADN and they will be laughing !

Hold both, hold one or the other it's personal choice and it's all relative .. to the position size and to the risk profile of the holder

The key element is the JV.. What's good for the JV will be good for both ADN and MEP
