I don't think that there would be any problems with the MEP share holders voting for it .

I don't know what the independent experts would come up with because all the assets are hard to assess as to there present values but my guess is that it would be a ratio ADN to MEP of at least 1.5 to 1 .

I think there are just too many expectation hurdles for it to get up .

As I have said , I would like to see it happen .
But actually I would LOVE to see it happen.

The general consensus over on the adn thread is they would be all for it, bar some concerns about dilution.

Like I've mentioned before I hold both, although 2:1 in Adns favour. I didn't buy Mep for anything but HK and NN leverage.
