MEP or ADN, page-618

I hold both MEP & ADN (although a lot more ADN). I bought into MEP because IMO the value of their 25% interest in the Great White Kaolin Project is not yet fully reflected in the SP.

ADN management & board do a pretty good job promoting & highlighting the companies prospects to the market. By comparison I'm surprised what a low-key approach MEPs management/board take. IMO there's just not enough sizzle in their sausage !

For that reason, I would vote in favour of a script takeover by ADN - assuming the deal was fair. I reckon the current ADN management & board would do a better job in getting the most value out of a combined entity for all shareholders.
