In the interview, James outlines the history - how Minotaur came to own the tenements.
How he worked for them but knew of the halloysite via a mate of his from Cornwall . His mate in same field - dedicated to finding kaolin suited for high quality paper etc. expert more .
Went to the area Eyre peninsula, discovered or outlined- recognised the halloysite in however which made unsuitable for what he was sent to secure for his company. ( possibly Imerys ?)

Minotaur are an exploration company- and seek to partner or spin- off their discoveries and resources achieved .
** But MEP seek to be a longterm income generating company.

They, Minotaur, own 25% of the halloysite- kaolin resources . ( ignoring mt hope - which is years away and a specific mineral in itself, as all individual deposits are )
And MEP have stated they will pay dividends- from Great White when into production. They will not hold money excess to beds , and finally reward ongoing very long -holding shareholders.

I recommend-
** Read back through months of MEP threads **
Then understand how is clear that will get more income from MEP shares ownership than ADN .

Minotaur own these resources, repeat = 25%
Compared to ADN market cap - ultra undervalued.
And also on future income , likewise— likely in the 2023 financial year at latest .

And I don’t think the market is always right .
In fact - it is more usually ‘wrong ‘ than right , or mispriced .

The stockmarket — short -term is a popularity and awareness contest , but medium to longterm the sharemarket is a ”weighing machine“ .

Finding these mispriced , asset rich companies - esp small ones ; and doing a lot of research is recommended.
Then having the perseverance & ability to hold companies with good , experienced management with significant shareholders & derisked = key to making profits or capital gains , or if holding ultimately income .

Significance being for MEP if buying or holding here at this Shareprice level , or at anything like under a mid 30 cents area
ie. ** at this market cap , at this extremely lower market cap , compared to ADN .
