It is a nice looking chart...inverse head and shoulders, or cup and handle...
there seems to be a heavy seller offloaded feeding shares into the sell side...
and now that the SPP is in the money, maybe participants are selling off wads of shares at a 10% profit to Fund their their share purchase plan...but if the price continues to climb, they may get seriously scaled back...
also, maybe people who participated in the sophisticates' cap raise are offloadIng some of their stake for a quick profit.
so, lots of reasons for shares to be sold right now, but ADN's exploding price is a strong reason to buy.
