it seems my question was not answered,.....ndo stated 16 april 08 that it would inform shareholders every wednesday of galoc activity,thats what ndo stated in its ann to the asx,due to the failure last week of any forthcoming ann to the asx we now have the situtation where ndo shareholders are ringing and emailing ndo to become informed,.....so i ask again can a shareholder of ndo please contact ndo management and ask them why the ann of 16 april 08 no longer seems to stand.
