That is exactly what I believe MVT are after.
To windup a company is not an expensive task and our current driectors are spending or proposing to spend $7.64m in 3 months ($2.55m/month) This is crazy!
If MVT can simply half this amount (which should be a no brainer) the payout is closer to $0.048/share plus the value of the cashmere distribution (which I estimate at around $0.01 to $0.015/share)
I suspect that what MVT will do is distribute the cash and potentially offer MMX shareholders cash for the shell or the Cashmere distribuiton but I suspect it will be at around the $0.004/share level rather than the truer value!
