I think firstly Merc has never been officially announced as an EAP.
Based on the history of very limited disclosure by LDN over the years (he always referred to our links with "major European auto manufacturer") fair to assume this relationship is/was covered by NDA.
Appears Mercedes has come out from behind the curtains.
BrainChip has not at this point. Company may have been caught off guard. For that reason alone it's critical that BRN continues to comply with terms of it's NDA.
I'm watching the sp as I say this.
Have to acknowledge this statement by Mercedes is the stuff that re rates are made of.
