I have previously heard him say that so did believe that to be true. Little did we know those plans were about to be implemented for Peter lol....

On this point, it gives me comfort that the meeting didn't consist of information that shareholders not attending wouldn't have the opportunity to know. It's highly likely that the CTO hire was finalised prior to the meetings, and that wasn't communicated other than confirmation that a succession plan was in place. Therefore logic (and no evidence to the contrary - rather the opposite) dictates that no sensitive or privileged information was shared. Thanks @SERA2g
