For example, any HMI machine (car, bus, boat, train, truck, forklift, aircraft..... ) will rapidly & accurately detect who is attempting to operate the machine. If that individual is not authorised to operate the machine it's simply not going to operate. If the operators emotional state whilst operating the machine crosses certain thresholds for rest breaks, alertness, inattentiveness or anger the machine will apply with operation constraints.

Individuals can be restricted to operate a machine in only a certain area, at certain times, at certain speeds, with a defined number of passengers, with no passengers, with only certain passengers, with engine output power restrictions for certain individuals, under certain conditions - like wet weather, vehicle speed restrictions, mobile phone use restrictions, entertainment system restrictions, licence class restrictions, licence disqualification restrictions, towing restrictions.... On & on it goes. All without back haul to the cloud.

Essentially, any machine can now easily be assigned to an administrator (Either human or AI) that will dynamically apply machine access levels & constraints. These administrator rights can also be dynamically assigned. Imagine a vehicle driving through a school zone/road works/accident zone. AI will automatically apply the appropriate administration rights to the vehicle whilst the vehicle is in that particular risk zone.

The above scenario is only one sector that AI is now rapidly & irreversibly improving. AI will have a bigger impact on society than the discovery of electricity & the construction of the electrical transmission grid, but the difference is that AI does not require the grid.
