    resourced,

With a start up company (which we are) there is a lot of difficulty in moving forward.

(The mantra of 'continuous disclosure' is always the issue. There was an interesting interview this morning with the chairman of Iluka Resources and Alan Kohler. Their disclosure of forecast downgrade in profit so far out from the end of the period was seen as a bit ambitious and probably not completely required at the moment - but it was in the shareholders interests as far as they were concerned. The resultant sell off was probably overblown in a similar way as good news would have been. They also have difficulty in seeing where the future lies in the economic environment)

There are shareholder expectations and director obligations and perceptions. How might such and such release be considered by shareholders or might it be better to not say anything at the moment!!

Are the TIS releases good or bad balance. At this stage probably bad because everyone is sitting back with great expectations for the 'next announcement', partly because it is anticipated and secondly there are always nerves with 'late' reports on expected announcements from the newbie companies.

All sorts of pressures are put on management and shareholders alike and I guess it is hard to strike the right balance with all the varied expectations that abound.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend - it is wet and windy up North!

    Regards..............
