The big concern with FWL is why they've attracted so little interest from investors when so many others are stitching up deals. As I've mentioned previously, credit should go to them for surviving the GFC with very little dilution but just surviving without some progress will not save them. They're only just hanging on IMHO and it's increasingly difficult for them to raise significant amounts of capital.
If they do strike a deal, the SP will no doubt explode. Without one, it's not looking too good. Very much an all or nothing play. Anyway, back to the bottom drawer for now. Needs some good news - and soon.
