i think the counter argument is that if retailers could simply pass on a 4% price rise they would already.
I mean if premier investments increased all its prices by 4% thats a 25% increase in EBIT.
The other point to consider is APT gives retailers a one time pull forward of sales. After that point you’re just left with a more expensive payment method.
