Check ticker symbol UNISZ - those are CDIs that are traded on the OTC.  The OTCBB as it existed in the past no longer exists.  Go to OTCBB.com and you get the Finra site.  There are plenty of foreign issues that trade on the OTC Market that are from the originating foreign exchange.  I'm not sure what you don't understand.  The company is likely to get delisted and anyone who's funding this company outside of a strategic partner is going to wait to see what happens with respect to the Nasdaq.  Will Naz kick them off completely if they fall below the $35MM market cap threshold or just down grade them to the Capital markets vs. Global and give them an opportunity to get over the $35MM market cap threshold.  My point is simply that funding from an outside source is going to be onerous terms that current shareholders are going to have to bear the brunt. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/UNISZ/profile
