Getting de-listed or voluntarily withdrawing from NASDAQ may not be a bad thing. Right now the Company can't raise capital due to NAS restrictions. If management believes they have a product that will sell and they only need money to reach the profitable point, it's time for them to decide to move to the OTC market and raise the capital they need to succeed. The longer they wait, the lower the price will go and the cost of capital will be that much higher. In the end, they will be off NASDAQ anyway, so bite the bullet now, take the hit and get a capital raise done. That will show leadership and management skill, which at the moment doesn't appear evident.
I'm upping my sentiment to Hold on the theory that they read what we are writing and this post will turn on a light for them.
