    Usually instos are restricted from investing in OTC markets so delisting normally drives further sell-off, significantly more dilution will occur if they can actually find funding in that market

    That said, investors in the OTC usually have shallow pockets, I don't see how that could be beneficial

    You actually think your post will have any weight on management decisions? That's a little bit delusional
