I believe this all adds to support the proposition put forward by Paul Harris in previous posts that the development or purchase, of a mini refinery in the Alice Springs area could be a good idea for CTP.

I would worry about any concessions from the Federal Minister as they may come with price constraints for the diesel, which I would not favour at this time.
