Just to give everyone a quick comparison, we already have an offtake for Epanko, which is estimated resource of 14.9Mt at 10.5% TGC.

Merelani is estimated resource of 60Mt-200Mt, at 9%-12%, from a previously producing graphite area with a previous off-take agreement, with large flake graphite, and up to 99% carbon produced without chemical treatment.

It's going to be very interesting to see the flake distribution, but my strong view is that the Merelani graphite is going to be superior in both quality and quantity (and price) to Epanko.

We still aren't at binding agreement stage yet, but Richland co-released the extension announcement last week in London, and reiterated that they are keen to finalise a deal with us. I'm very happy that I'm a holder of KNL!
