The parties expect the booklet containing an explanatory statement relating to the Restructure and reasons for the Extract Directors' recommendation, together with an independent expert's report ("Scheme Booklet") to be sent to the members of Extract by the end of October 2008.
The meeting at which members of Extract will vote on the Scheme is expected to be held in November 2008 in Perth, Western Australia.
