1. EXT has ~220 mio shares on issue and EXT has Husab 100% U - great
2. After the deal the new company will have at least 370 mio shares on issue, owning Husab 100% U and KAH assets - not great. If I like KAH assets i buy KAH shares. I do not like them, that's why I dont have an interest to own them.
Yes, most likely I'm very stupid and misinformed but this is what I read from the docs. I read a massive dilution. I will stick to this opinion until a new official ann is made.
